Sign up your child(ren) who is entering K - 6th grade in the fall! To attend, please use the QR Code to complete the registration form required by May 7th. Please complete a separate form for each child.

T-shirts are optional but are available to purchase. Choose the t-shirt size on the registration form. Your payment must be received by May 7th to be included with our t-shirt order. Payments can be made by cash, check (paid to Upwards Church) or credit card at our Jarrell Campus cafe or paid through PayPal to jarrellpaypal@upwards.church. $10/each for youth small to adult XL shirts. $12/each for adult 2XL - 3XL shirts.
